I would like to get a bachelor’s degree in hr in the future, but for now I want to get an associates at a community college so I can get my foot in the door of more reputable companies. I’ve been back and forth on whether I should I get my associates in hr or office administration.
I am a single mom with a one year old and I come from a poor family. I am tired of struggling financially and making minimum wage. I am from an island in the Caribbean and I’m looking to turn around my financial situation for me and my son.
I would appreciate any advice given. Thanks!
Is there any type of room to grow?
Great video Chantenique! I’ve been working in HR for a loooong time as well. You’re amazing!
Is a degree needed in HR? Can it be just entry level with experience?
😍
Hello. I’m a newbie to your channel and I really enjoy your content. I’m a 30yr old single mother looking for a new career change into HR. Any suggestions or tips for getting into the field? I have a chance to go back to school for HR. Would you recommend a bachelors or certificate? Any tips for for someone looking to get into the field with no HR experience? Thank you for your time.
Absolutely love your channel! Such great information! So do you have a certification in HR along with a bachelors degree? Debating if I should get a certificate on top of my Bachelors!
Hi! I don’t have a certification, but I am considering it–just to make me more marketable in the future!
